We continuously try to improve our service and often ask our clients for their comments by using questionnaires and service evaluation form. If you are dissatisfied in any way please let us know. You can speak to your counsellor, the office receptionist or the Director. You may prefer to telephone or put your dissatisfaction in writing. We will investigate all complaints, no matter how small and whether they are made formally or informally. We will do our best to put things right and improve our Service in the process. We also appreciate positive feedback as this also helps us to maintain and improve our service.

Donations
We as for donations from all our clients and will suggest an amount according to income. The scale below will give you some idea of the amounts we suggest. The services for young people are free. You will receive the same service and an appointment regardless of the amount you are able to donate.
