Couple Relationship Counselling
For couples whether you are married, separated, living together or apart but want to understand how to develop a better relationship. We offer weekly appointments in Southend and Basildon.
Individual Counselling
For those people who are confused about their relationship or lack of relationships. The work with the counsellor is to help you gain some insight into your difficulties and make plans for how you might improve things for yourself
Divorce Counselling
For couples, whether they are married or not but are in the process of separating this is an opportunity to work together. This is aimed at helping people separate with a clear understanding of why and how they can best help each other and themselves through the process. It is also aimed at offering insight into why and how things went wrong so that further relationships are informed by this. We can refer you direct to our mediation service to discuss the division of finances and property as well as future arrangements for your children.
Counselling for Young People
This service is offered at our premises in Southend or some local schools, at present in the Southend area only. Young people can self refer or can be referred by parents, social services, the youth service or schools. Sessions last between 35 mins to 1 hour and give young people the opportunity to express themselves, be listened and gain support. They will be encouraged to find their own way through their problems but information will be given about the availability of further advice and guidance.Family Counselling
An opportunity to meet with a family counsellor independently or together to find a way to resolve difficulties.
Sexual Problems Service
For couples whose sexual life is not the way they would like it to be and who are keen to work together to make improvements.

Family Mediation
For people who are separating or divorcing and would like to negotiate the future of their children, themselves and issues like finance and property.
